This is the beginning of the struggle history of the establishment of Jack Machine Tool business in May 2004.

On July 23, 2004, it officially passed the business license of the industrial and commercial department and established Zhejiang Jack Machine Tool Co., Ltd.

On October 5, 2004, the first batch of "Jack brand" MM1320 precision cylindrical grinders were successfully rolled off the production line.

In December 2004, Jiangxi Ji'an Machine Tool Factory was acquired and Jiangxi Jack Machine Tool Co., Ltd. was established.

In March 2005, Zhejiang Jack Machine Tool Co., Ltd. became a member of China Machine Tool Industry Association.

In December 2005, Zhejiang Jack Machine Tool Co., Ltd. was rated as the Youth Civilization Unit of Jiaojiang District.

In December 2005, the MQ8260H crankshaft grinder product was listed as a new product of Jiangxi Province in 2005.

In May 2006, the M215A internal cylindrical grinder (CNC machine tool) was recognized as the second prize of Jiangxi Province Excellent New Product in 2005 by experts.

In 2007, Jiangxi Jack Machine Tool Co., Ltd. was rated as an advanced unit of technological innovation in the machinery industry in Jiangxi Province.

In December 2007, Zhejiang Jack Machine Tool Co., Ltd. was the chairman unit of Taizhou Machine Tool Industry Association.

In April 2008, the CNC grinding machine participated in the 10th China International Machine Tool Exhibition in Beijing and made a public appearance.

In November 2008, Jack CNC Machine Tool R&D Center was established in Changsha National Hi-Tech Park, Hunan.

In April 2009, it participated in the 11th China International Machine Tool Exhibition in Beijing and exhibited equipment such as follow-up grinding and follow-up camshaft (crankshaft) grinder.

In April 2009, Jack Machine Tool and Northern Power signed the first domestic large-scale and special-shaped camshaft grinder.

In April 2010, Jack Machine Tool won the "Chunyan Award" awarded by China Machine Tool Industry Association for the independent research and development of domestic CNC.

In December 2010, the "Key Technology of High-speed Precision Grinding of Special-shaped Parts and High-speed Follow-up CNC Grinder" project independently developed by Jack Machine Tool won the "First Prize of Science and Technology Progress" by China Machinery Industry Federation.

On January 14, 2011, Jack Machine Tool undertook the "High-speed CNC Follow-up Crankshaft Grinder" series of products, a sub-project of the major project of the National Science and Technology "Eleventh Five-Year" National Science and Technology Support Plan "Automotive Key Parts Precision Machining Equipment and Technology" (2007BAF29B02). It has successfully passed the appraisal and acceptance of experts.

In December 2011, Jack Machine Tool was invited to participate in the China Science and Technology Innovation Development International Forum and the China Independent Innovation Award Ceremony, and won the "China Independent Innovation Technology Enterprise Award" issued by the main committee.

In April 2012, Jack Machine Tool won the honor of "Top Ten Independent Innovation Enterprises" by China Machine Tool Industry Association in 2011.

On August 8, 2012, Jack Machine Tool and its chairman Chen Huagui were awarded the title of "Star Enterprise and Star Entrepreneur of revitalizing small and medium-sized enterprises in equipment manufacturing industry".

In September 2013, the post-doctoral research workstation of Jack Machine Tool was listed.

In December 2013, Jack Machine Tool's "CNC High-speed Servo Grinder Industrialization Project" was included in the National Torch Program.

On February 26, 2014, Jack Machine Tool was once again awarded the "Chunyan Award" by the China Machine Tool Trade Union for the independent research and development of domestic CNC.

On March 26, 2014, Chen Huagui, chairman of Jack Machine Tool, was awarded the title of "National Machinery Industry Model Worker".
