This model has become a mainstream product of the company. More than 10 units are manufactured and sold each year.
4. Responsible for the overall design and development of the JKM8320-F ultra-high-speed CBN compound grinding machine. The machine tool adopts advanced follow-up tangent tracking grinding technology. Through the grinding wheel frame feeding X axis and workpiece rotation C axis CNC linkage, to achieve high-speed, high-speed, high-speed cam profile. High-efficiency and high-precision grinding; combined with the full closed-loop control of the end face positioning gauge and radial gauge, high-precision grinding of the outer journal and the journal with grooves; truly realizes one-time clamping to all parts of the entire camshaft Grinding of journals and cam profiles.
