Project Name: Technical Renovation Project for Annual Production of 600 CNC Machine Tools by Zhejiang Jack Machine Tool Co., Ltd.

Project Overview: Zhejiang Jack Machine Tool Co., Ltd. is located on village-reserved land in Liuyang Village, Xiachen Subdistrict, Jiaojiang District, Taizhou City. It is a subsidiary of Jack Holding Group and primarily engages in the manufacturing and sales of CNC machine tools. The company’s factory building, constructed on leased village-reserved land in Liuyang Village, is a standard factory building covering an area of 5,333.6 m² with a total floor area of 7,849 m². The total investment in the project amounts to 2.5 million yuan. The company has procured and put into use domestically produced equipment including vertical and horizontal machining centers, gantry-type guideways, CNC milling machines, and CNC grinding machines. Production processes and technologies employed include ball screw drives, conical surface grinding, and hydrostatic guideways. Upon completion of the project, the company will have an annual production capacity of 600 CNC machine tools. In June 2019, the company commissioned Zhejiang Dongtianhong Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. to prepare the “Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the 600-CNC-Machine-Tool Annual Production Capacity Upgrade Project of Zhejiang Jack Machine Tool Co., Ltd.” The report was approved by the Jiaojiang Branch of the Taizhou Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau on July 11, 2019, under approval document number Tai Huan Jian Jiao [2019] No. 119.
