Main features of the machine tool
■ High-speed grinding using CBN grinding wheels, suitable for batch production of outer cylindrical grinding on shaft-type parts with high precision and high hardness;
■ Equipped with an NC system (either LYNUC or Huazhong)—other brand NC systems can also be configured upon user request—this machine features three servo axes: wheelhead feed (X), workpiece headstock rotation (C), and wheelhead longitudinal movement (Z). Among these, the wheelhead feed axis and the workpiece headstock rotation axis are linked to enable cam-following grinding.
■ Three-axis, two-linkage, follow-up grinding of non-circular cam profiles;
■ The tailstock is equipped with high-rigidity, high-precision dense ball linear bearings and features hydraulic or pneumatic telescopic functionality.
■ Equipped with a separate centralized lubrication system to ensure timed and metered lubrication of the lead screws and guide rails;
■ Equipped with a fully enclosed protective cover, featuring an aesthetically pleasing design and ensuring safe and reliable operation.
Machine tool configuration
■ This machine is suitable for mass production of shaft-type parts and can simultaneously grind both the end faces and outer circles in a single pass. Provided the grinding wheel width is sufficient, it can grind multiple steps and end faces in one go, enabling form grinding. The more complex the part’s geometry, the greater the advantage of this machine. Under favorable conditions, a single operator can handle multiple machines simultaneously.
■ Equipped with the Shiji Xing HNC-808DG two-axis linkage system from Wuhan Huazhong Numerical Control Co., Ltd. (other CNC systems can also be configured according to user requirements;)
■ The automated measuring instrument configured in the central area performs online measurements, enabling a closed-loop automatic grinding cycle to ensure machining dimensional accuracy. It can be combined according to specific user requirements (and other measuring instruments can also be configured based on user needs).
■ Equipped with a separate electrical cabinet (with air conditioning for the electrical cabinet) and a separate oil tank;
■ The tailstock features ball-bearing linear motion and is equipped with pneumatic extension and retraction functionality.
■ The headstock spindle and tailstock spindle both use a No. 4 Morse taper.
■ Equipped with an automatic, quantitative lubrication pump to ensure sufficient lubrication of the lead screw;
■ The configured guard is fully enclosed to ensure safe operation;
■ Equip with an enlarged water tank and a magnetic separator or a paper filter.
Grinding wheel head
■ Lateral feed
It employs a linear motor drive, and the feed rails are equipped with Rexroth or THK linear guides. The ball screws are made in Taiwan.
Wan brand (other brands of ball screws can also be configured according to user requirements).
■ Vertical movement
The system employs a Yaskawa AC servo motor driven by a ball screw. The moving guide rails feature V-shaped plastic-coated flat guides and ball bearings.
The leadscrew uses a Taiwan-brand product (other brand ball screws can also be configured upon user request).
■ Grinding wheel spindle
The grinding wheel spindles all employ high-speed, rolling-bearing-type, hydrostatic and hydrodynamic spindle units or direct-drive electric spindles.
■ Adjust the spindle
Adopts a high-speed rolling bearing spindle unit.
