· The machine is equipped with the LYNUC CNC system (other brand CNC systems can also be configured upon user request) and features three servo axes: wheelhead feed (X-axis), workpiece spindle rotation (C-axis), and wheelhead longitudinal movement (Z-axis). The X-axis and C-axis are linked for coordinated motion, enabling follow-up grinding of crankshaft connecting rod journals.
· Employing follow-up grinding software with the company’s own proprietary intellectual property rights to achieve high-precision non-circular grinding with follow-up control.
· Adopting a high-precision rolling bearing high-speed electric spindle with the company’s proprietary intellectual property rights, enabling CBN grinding wheels to achieve high-speed grinding at 120 m/s.
· The headstock spindle adopts a high-precision, high-rigidity electric spindle unit, equipped with a high-precision optical grating encoder. Closed-loop control ensures extremely high rotational and positioning accuracy.
· The headstock is equipped with a floating centering chuck for high-precision positioning and clamping, enabling single-setup continuous machining of all connecting rod journals along the entire crankshaft.
· Equipped with a high-precision, high-rigidity hydraulically self-centering center rest to meet the high-precision grinding requirements for crankshafts.
· Adopting a highly efficient, low-energy consumption recirculating filtration system to fully meet the high-speed and high-efficiency grinding requirements of CBN grinding wheels.

An electric spindle unit with high precision and high rigidity is employed, paired with a high-precision time-grating encoder. Closed-loop control achieves extremely high rotational and positioning accuracy.
