Machine tool configuration

■ High-speed grinding using CBN grinding wheels, suitable for batch production of outer cylindrical grinding on shaft-type parts with high precision and high hardness;
■ Equipped with Huazhong 808DG or Xindai 21TA CNC system (other brands of CNC systems can also be configured upon user request).
■ Equipped with automatic measuring instruments from Zhongyuan Precision or Marposs (for end-face measurement and radial measurement), enabling a closed-loop automated grinding cycle to ensure dimensional machining accuracy.
■ By adopting synchronous rotation technology for the headstock and tailstock, we have further enhanced the roundness requirements for workpiece grinding, achieving a roundness tolerance of ≤0.001 mm. For workpieces that meet the synchronization drive requirements, it is possible to complete the grinding of the entire part’s outer diameter and end faces in a single clamping operation.
■ The workpiece clamping utilizes a large-stroke, slide-table structure driven by a servo motor coupled with a ball screw. This setup is suitable for switching between parts of various types and lengths, ensuring constant torque during the grinding process of the workpieces.
■ Install an integrated electrical cabinet (with air conditioning for the electrical cabinet).
■ Equipped with a separate centralized lubrication system to ensure timed and quantitative lubrication of the lead screw and guide rails.
■ Equipped with a fully enclosed protective cover, featuring an aesthetically pleasing design and ensuring safe and reliable operation.

Grinding wheel head

■ Lateral feed
It employs a linear motor drive, and the feed rails are equipped with Rexroth or THK linear guides. The ball screws are from a Taiwanese brand (other brands of ball screws can also be configured upon user request).

■ Vertical movement
The system employs a Yaskawa AC servo motor driven by a ball screw. The moving guide rails are V-shaped plastic-coated linear guides, and the ball screw is from a Taiwanese brand (other brands of ball screws can also be configured upon the user’s request).

■ Grinding wheel spindle
The grinding wheel spindles all employ high-speed, rolling-bearing-type, hydrostatic and hydrodynamic spindle units or direct-drive electric spindles.

■ Adjust the spindle
Adopts a high-speed rolling bearing spindle unit.
