Machine tool configuration
■ The robotic arm system uses a Mitsubishi PLC (users can select other brand PLCs according to their requirements);
■ The headstock is servo-driven and features precise positioning and stop functionality.
■ This robotic arm is primarily used for automated machining and loading/unloading operations, and it adopts a gantry-type robotic arm.
■ This robotic manipulator is simple and easy to operate; one person can simultaneously operate multiple units, and the processed products are highly stable.

■ Equipped with Zhongyuan Precision’s automatic measuring instruments for end-face and radial measurements, this system performs online measurements and implements a closed-loop, automated grinding cycle to ensure machining dimensional accuracy.
■ The electrical cabinet (which can be equipped with an air conditioner), the fuel tank, and the machine tool are integrated into a single unit, offering advantages such as a small footprint.
■ The tailstock features precision ball bearings for linear motion and is equipped with pneumatic extension and retraction functionality.
■ Equipped with automatic, quantitative lubrication to ensure proper lubrication of the lead screw.
■ The headstock spindle and tailstock spindle both use a No. 4 Morse taper.
■ Equip with an enlarged water tank and a magnetic separator or a paper filter.
■ The configured guard is semi-enclosed, ensuring safe operation.
Grinding wheel head
■ Wheelhead feed
The wheelhead feed and the worktable feed both utilize AC servo motors driven by ball screws. The ball screws are from a Taiwanese brand (other brands of ball screws can also be configured according to user requirements).
■ Guide rail
The grinding wheel headstock and worktable guideways are equipped with plastic-coated guideways to enhance their seismic resistance and sensitivity.
■ Spindle of the grinding wheel headstock
The grinding wheel spindle assembly can be configured according to the user’s requirements:
a. Conventional three-piece tile structure; b. Hydrodynamic series; c. Hydrostatic-hydrodynamic series; d. Direct-drive electric spindle.
