Production Line Overview

By integrating multiple CNC grinding machines, CNC lathes, robots, and gantry conveyor systems, we seamlessly connect machining processes such as grinding, turning, welding, marking, and handling, enabling fully automated production of high-precision center pins—from raw material to finished product. The system features unmanned production, laser-based automated inspection, and digital twin visualization. The produced center pins exhibit a runout of ≤0.003 mm and a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.2, with stable mechanical properties, high precision, and full automation.

Production Line Features

■ Fully automated production
By using articulated robots and warehouse-style material handling systems, labor costs can be effectively reduced, quality and production efficiency become more stable, the systems can adapt to more complex production environments, and they can replace dangerous tasks and enable long-term operations.

■ Online detection of laser marking
Using laser-based online inspection, the finished products—once inspected—are automatically marked with codes, QR codes, and logos by a laser marking machine, enabling functions such as component traceability and anti-counterfeiting.

■ Stable performance and high accuracy
Standardized production is employed, which can reduce and minimize material consumption caused by human-induced uncertainties during the manufacturing process, ensuring that product quality meets standards and specifications are consistent.
