The rotor shaft flexible intelligent production line, jointly developed and manufactured through a strategic partnership between Jack Intelligence, Huazhong CNC Machine Tools, and the Zhejiang University Taizhou Research Institute, employs digital twins, online inspection, real-time monitoring, automated handling, and flexible tooling technologies to achieve intelligent manufacturing in the machining processes—including turning, press-fitting, milling, and grinding—of pump rotor shafts. The implementation of this project will strongly promote the enterprise’s transformation and upgrading toward automation, digitalization, and intelligence, thereby boosting economic benefits.
