Grinding wheel head
■ Wheelhead feed
The wheelhead feed and worktable feed both utilize AC servo motors driven by ball screws. The ball screws can be sourced from Taiwan’s Shangyin or Yintai, or other brands can be configured according to the user’s requirements.
■ Guide rail
The grinding wheel headstock and worktable guideways are equipped with plastic-coated guideways to enhance their seismic resistance and sensitivity.
■ Spindle of the grinding wheel headstock
The grinding wheel spindle assembly can be configured according to the user’s requirements:
a. Conventional three-piece tile structure; b. Hydrodynamic series; c. Hydrostatic-hydrodynamic series; d. Direct-drive electric spindle.
