■ The grinding wheel dressing uses a CNC-controlled diamond roller, offering high dressing accuracy and excellent flexibility.
■ The grinding wheel motor features a built-in permanent-magnet synchronous motor for direct drive, delivering powerful performance with minimal vibration.
■ The helix angle adjustment employs servo-driven adjustment with automatic locking, offering high precision and fast speed.
■ After the center hole is ground, subsequent grinding operations significantly improve the part’s precision, roundness, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy.
Machine tool configuration
■ Primarily used for grinding various cylindrical worm gears, it can also be used for grinding various types of threaded rods.
■ Equipped with a CNC system, it achieves six-axis three-linkage control (Z\X\C).
Number of controlled axes: 6 axes
Z-axis: Longitudinal feed motion of the worktable (equipped with a grating scale and fully closed-loop control)
X-axis: Transverse feed motion of the grinding wheel head (equipped with a grating scale and fully closed-loop control)
C-axis: Workpiece spindle rotary motion (equipped with circular grating, fully closed-loop control)
A-axis: Vertical oscillation of the grinding wheel head
S-axis: Grinding wheel rotary motion
S1 axis: Roller rotary motion

■ Equipped with a fully enclosed protective cover and an oil mist extraction system, ensuring a good working environment and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
