Machine tool configuration
■ This is a high-precision eccentric crankshaft follow-up grinding machine that can perform grinding on single-eccentric and double-eccentric journal outer diameters of crankshafts. It can also grind various non-circular outer surfaces, such as cams, ellipses, polygons, and other customized profiles. High precision, high rigidity, and high efficiency are the fundamental characteristics of this grinding machine, making it widely applicable in industries including aerospace, medical equipment, compressors, hydraulics, molds, and new-energy vehicles.
Grinding of camshafts, crankshafts, transmission shafts, and eccentric shafts used in industries such as automotive manufacturing and robotic reducers.
■ Equipped with the LYNUC CNC system, featuring 4 axes with 2-axis linkage (wheelhead feed—X axis; carriage movement—Z axis; workpiece spindle—C axis; grinding wheel spindle—S axis, with the X and C axes linked for follow-up grinding). Utilizes a new-generation, user-friendly graphical programming software developed jointly by JACK and LYNUC. This software boasts simple and rapid setup procedures as well as an intuitive user interface, eliminating the need for operators to input complex G-code or subprograms. It is easy to learn and use, making programming and setup significantly faster and enhancing both user experience and operational satisfaction.
■ The headstock spindle features a high-precision, high-rigidity electric spindle unit, equipped with a Renishaw circular optical encoder from the UK. Closed-loop control ensures high rotational and positioning accuracy. It is also fitted with an Italian Marposs AE device (which eliminates backlash and prevents collisions).
Grinding wheel head
■ Wheelhead feed
The wheelhead feed system employs a high-precision hydrostatic guideway combined with a linear motor, enabling micron-level feed motion with high acceleration performance.
■ Grinding wheel spindle
The grinding wheel spindle adopts a high-rigidity, high-precision electric spindle unit, enabling high-speed grinding at a rotational speed of 6000 rpm.
