Machine tool configuration
■ This machine is a domestically developed, advanced CNC grinding machine with independent intellectual property rights, designed specifically for grinding large, extended, high-precision camshafts. It is an ideal finishing equipment for specialized camshafts used in engines for heavy-duty trucks, ships, and large-scale generator sets.
■ Equipped with the German SIEMENS 840D sl CNC system, featuring 4 axes with 2-axis linkage;
■ Adopts cam CNC grinding software with independent intellectual property rights;
■ Employs a motor-integrated spindle with static and dynamic pressure bearings, featuring proprietary intellectual property rights.
■ The headstock features a hydrostatic bearing spindle paired with a German SIEMENS torque motor and a German HEIDENHAIN encoder.
■ High-speed grinding technology using a CBN grinding wheel with a speed of 100 meters per second.
