Main features of the machine tool
■ The machine tool is suitable for mass production of shaft-type parts;
■ The machine tool is equipped with the Shiji Xing HNC-808XPGS two-axis linkage system manufactured by Wuhan Huazhong CNC Co., Ltd. (other CNC systems can also be configured according to user requirements).
■ The machine tool is equipped with a native automatic measuring device (for end-face measurement and radial measurement), enabling a closed-loop, automated grinding cycle to ensure machining dimensional accuracy.
■ Both the grinding wheel head feed and the worktable feed are driven by AC servo motors via ball screws; the ball screws are sourced from Taiwan’s Shangyin or Yintai (other brands of ball screws can also be configured according to customer requirements).
■ The grinding wheel spindle and worktable guideways are equipped with plastic-coated guideways to enhance their seismic resistance and sensitivity.
■ The grinding wheel spindle system can be configured according to user requirements: a. Standard three-plate structure; b. Hydrodynamic series; c. Hydrostatic-hydrodynamic series.
■ The headstock spindle and tailstock spindle both use No. 4 Morse taper.
■ The tailstock features ball-bearing linear motion and includes a hydraulic telescoping function.
