Main features of the machine tool
■ The automatic loading and unloading mechanism features a self-developed gantry-type robotic arm and a conveying system (customizable according to customer’s workpieces), enabling it to meet the requirements of processing various parts.
■ The automatic loading and unloading manipulator can enter and exit from both the left and right sides of the machine tool, allowing users greater flexibility and convenience in arranging the machine tools. Moreover, multiple machine tools can be arranged side by side to form an automated production line, thereby boosting production efficiency and saving production space.
■ The headstock motor is a servo motor, and the workpiece clamping mechanism features a three-point contact floating device developed in-house.
■The machine tool features active measurement, automatic grinding wheel dressing, and automatic compensation functions, enabling automated product machining.
■ The machine tool’s moving joints are automatically lubricated, and the tailstock features hydraulically or pneumatically extendable and retractable functions with adjustable clamping force.
■ Suitable for grinding operations involving large volumes of parts, this system allows one operator to easily control five or more machines per group. It offers excellent cost performance.
■ The system employs a dual-channel control path, enabling simultaneous grinding of products and loading/unloading by the robotic arm, thereby improving the product processing cycle time.
