Main features of the machine tool

■This machine tool is suitable for mass production of shaft-type parts and can grind both end faces and outer circles in a single operation. Provided the grinding wheel width is sufficient, it can simultaneously grind multiple steps and end faces in one pass, enabling form grinding. The more complex the part’s geometry, the greater the advantage of this machine tool. Under favorable conditions, a single operator can handle multiple machines simultaneously.
■ Both the grinding wheel head feed and the worktable feed are driven by AC servo motors via ball screws; the ball screws are sourced from Taiwan’s Shang Yin (other brands of ball screws can also be configured according to user requirements).
■ The spindle of the grinding wheel headstock can adopt a hydrostatic or hydrodynamic spindle system, thereby ensuring high machining accuracy of the machine tool.
■ The grinding wheel spindle and worktable guideways are equipped with plastic-coated guideways to enhance their seismic resistance and sensitivity.
■ Simple structure, easy operation, and high cost-effectiveness.
