Main features of the machine tool
■ The machine tool employs high-speed grinding with CBN grinding wheels, making it suitable for batch production of outer cylindrical grinding operations on shaft-type parts that require high precision and high hardness. This machine tool is equipped with the Huazhong 808DG or Xinyi 21TA CNC system (other brands of CNC systems can also be configured according to customer requirements).
■This machine tool is equipped with automatic measuring devices from Zhongyuan or Marposs (for end-face measurement and radial measurement), enabling a closed-loop, automated grinding cycle to ensure dimensional machining accuracy.
■ The wheelhead’s lateral feed is driven by an Yaskawa AC servo motor via a ball screw; the feed guide rails are equipped with Rexroth linear guide rails. The ball screw is from a Taiwanese brand (other brands of ball screws can also be configured according to the user’s requirements).
■ The longitudinal movement of the grinding wheel headstock is driven by an Yaskawa AC servo motor via a ball screw; the moving guide rails are V-shaped plastic-coated linear guides. The ball screw is from a Taiwanese brand (other brands of ball screws can also be configured according to user requirements).
■ The machine tool is equipped with an integrated electrical cabinet (with air conditioning for the electrical cabinet).
■ Both the grinding wheel spindle and the grinding wheel dressing spindle are equipped with high-speed, high-precision rolling bearing spindles.
■ The tailstock is equipped with high-rigidity, high-precision dense ball linear bearings and features hydraulic or pneumatic telescopic functionality.
■ The machine tool is equipped with a separate centralized lubrication system to ensure timed and metered lubrication of the lead screws and guide rails.
■ The machine tool is equipped with a fully enclosed protective cover, featuring an aesthetically pleasing design and reliable performance.
