Main features of the machine tool
■ The JK005 dual-center-hole grinding machine is a specialized machine tool designed for the mass production of high-precision shaft-type parts.
■ After the part’s center holes are forcibly compressed and ground by this machine tool, the perpendicularity and deviation of the two center holes relative to the workpiece’s centerline will be significantly reduced.
■Moreover, it also offers advantages such as significantly reducing center-hole damage, burrs, and improving the surface finish of the center hole that may occur during transportation and machining processes.
■ After the center hole is ground, subsequent grinding operations significantly improve the part’s accuracy, roundness, surface finish, and dimensional precision.
■The machine tool is equipped with electrical and hydraulic interlocking mechanisms for all moving parts, ensuring reliable operation.
■This machine tool is primarily used for the machining and manufacturing of shaft-type parts in industries such as machine tools, automotive manufacturing, textile machinery, instruments, meters, hydraulics, pneumatics, and gear-reduction machinery.
Structural features
■ The dual-center-hole grinding machine can simultaneously grind two center holes—one rotating forward and the other backward—and is adjustable for workpieces of different lengths and diameters.
■ The grinding spindle can be equipped with a frequency converter for speed adjustment, allowing the workpiece to be ground at an optimal speed.
