Main features of the machine tool
■The machine tool is suitable for grinding the measuring surfaces of various calipers, dial calipers, micrometers, and sewing machine accessories.
■This machine tool is equipped with the HNC-808XPGS two-axis system provided by Wuhan Huazhong CNC Co., Ltd. (other systems can also be configured according to user requirements).
■ The wheelhead feed and worktable feed both utilize AC servo motors driven by ball screws. The ball screws are sourced from Taiwan’s Hiwin; (other ball screw configurations can also be provided according to user requirements).
■ The grinding wheel spindle adopts a hydrostatic bearing spindle system;
■ The grinding wheel spindle and worktable guideways are equipped with plastic-coated guideways to enhance their seismic resistance and sensitivity.
■ The coolant can be equipped with a magnetic separator or a paper-based magnetic filter, depending on the user’s configuration.
■ The machine tool is equipped with automatic, quantitative lubrication to ensure sufficient lubrication of the lead screw.
