Machine Tool Overview
The JKM8320J is an economical, versatile, fully CNC camshaft grinder primarily designed for grinding cams on single-cylinder and four-cylinder camshafts used in motorcycles and passenger cars. It features high machining efficiency, excellent flexibility, and a high degree of automation, enabling it to process a wide variety of camshaft models. It is the ideal machining equipment for producing high-precision camshafts in large volumes and across multiple product types.
Main features of the machine tool
■ Equipped with Delta NC300AH CNC system, featuring 3 axes with 2-axis linkage;
■ Adopts cam CNC grinding software with independent intellectual property rights;
■ Adopts a spindle system for grinding wheels featuring hydrostatic and hydrodynamic bearings with independently owned intellectual property rights;
■ Utilizing high-speed grinding technology with a CBN grinding wheel operating at 100 meters per second;
■ The grinding wheel spindle is equipped with an empty-travel anti-collision device from (U.S. SBS or Italian Marposs);
■ The grinding wheel head feed system features cylindrical linear guides paired with a lead screw, plus a German HEIDENHAIN optical grating scale.
■ The headstock is equipped with rolling bearings and driven directly via a Delta servo motor connected to a planetary gearbox.
