Main features of the machine tool
■ The longitudinal movement of the machine tool worktable is driven by a hydraulic stepless transmission, and can also be operated via a handwheel. The lubrication method is continuous lubrication.
■ The wheelhead’s lateral movement features hydraulic rapid traverse, manual micro-feed, and automatic cyclical feed of the grinding wheel.
■ The workpiece, grinding wheel, oil pump, and cooling pump are each driven by independent motors;
■ The grinding wheel dresser is mounted on the tailstock, and the tailstock is equipped with a hydraulic retraction device.
■The machine tool is equipped with electrical and hydraulic interlocking mechanisms for all moving parts, ensuring reliable operation.
