The JKM8330 high-speed CBN follow-up CNC grinding machine is a domestically developed CNC grinding machine with independent intellectual property rights, representing an advanced technology for grinding large, extended, high-precision camshafts. It is an ideal precision finishing equipment for specialized camshafts used in engines for heavy-duty trucks, ships, and large-scale generator sets.
Main features of the machine tool
■ Equipped with the German SIEMENS 840D sl CNC system, featuring 4 axes with 2-axis linkage;
■ Adopts cam CNC grinding software with independent intellectual property rights;
■ Employs a motor-integrated, hydrostatic and hydrodynamic bearing spindle for grinding wheels with proprietary intellectual property rights;
■ Utilizing high-speed grinding technology with a CBN grinding wheel operating at 100 meters per second;
■ The grinding wheel spindle is equipped with an empty-travel anti-collision device from (U.S. SBS or Italian Marposs);
■ The grinding wheel spindle feed system features cylindrical hydrostatic guideways paired with a German SIEMENS linear motor and a German HEIDENHAIN grating scale.
■ The headstock features a hydrostatic bearing spindle paired with a German SIEMENS torque motor and a German HEIDENHAIN encoder.
■ Optional AROBOTECH hydraulic self-centering tailstock from the U.S.
