Production Line Overview

Using multiple CNC grinding machines, CNC lathes, robots, and truss conveyor systems to seamlessly connect processes such as grinding, turning, welding, coding, and handling, achieving fully automated production of high-precision ejectors from raw materials to finished products. It features unmanned production, laser automatic detection, digital twin display, etc. The produced ejectors have a runout of ≤0.003mm, surface roughness Ra ≤0.2, and are characterized by stable mechanical properties, high precision, and full automation.

■ Fully Automated Production
The use of articulated robots and storage-type material rack systems can effectively reduce labor costs, stabilize quality and production efficiency, adapt to more complex production environments, replace hazardous operations, and enable long-duration work.

■ Online Detection Laser Marking
Using laser online detection, completed finished products are automatically marked by a laser marking machine for coding, QR codes, and LOGO marking, enabling functions such as component traceability and anti-counterfeiting.

Standardized production is adopted, which can reduce material consumption caused by human uncertainty factors during the production process, ensuring that product quality meets standards and specifications are uniform.
