Production Line Overview

The rotor shaft flexible intelligent production line developed through strategic cooperation between Jack Intelligent, Huazhong CNC Machine Tool, and Zhejiang University Taizhou Research Institute employs technologies such as digital twin, online detection, online monitoring, automatic handling, and flexible clamping to achieve intelligent production in the machining processes of water pump rotor shafts, including turning, press-fitting, milling, and grinding. The implementation of this project strongly promotes the automation, digitalization, and intelligent transformation and upgrading of enterprises, increasing economic benefits.
