Machine tool configuration

■ The robotic arm system uses Mitsubishi PLC (users can choose other brands of PLC as required);
■ The headstock is servo-driven and has a precise positioning stop function;
■ This robotic arm is mainly used for automatic processing and loading/unloading, using a gantry-style robotic arm;
■ This robotic arm is easy to operate, allowing one person to operate multiple machines simultaneously, and ensures stable processing of products;
■ Suitable for mass production of shaft-type parts;
■ Uses the Century Star HNC-808xpG/GS two-axis linkage system from Wuhan Huazhong CNC Co., Ltd. (other CNC systems can also be configured according to user requirements)
■ Configured with Zhongyuan Precision's automatic measuring instrument for end face measurement and radial measurement, achieving closed-loop automatic grinding work cycle to ensure processing size accuracy;
■ Configured electrical cabinet (can be equipped with electrical cabinet air conditioning), oil tank combined with the machine tool, with advantages such as small footprint.
■ The tailstock uses precision ball bearings for linear motion and has pneumatic retractable function;
■ Configured with automatic quantitative lubrication to ensure the lubrication of the screw.
■ The headstock spindle and tailstock spindle use #4 Morse.
■ Configured with a larger water tank and magnetic separator or paper filter.
■ The configured protective cover is semi-closed type, ensuring safe operation.

Grinding wheel frame

■ Grinding wheel frame feed
The grinding wheel frame feed and worktable feed both use AC servo motors driven by ball screws, with ball screws from Taiwanese brands (other brands of ball screws can also be configured according to user requirements);
 

■ Guide rail
The grinding wheel frame and worktable guide rails use plastic-coated guide rails to improve their shock resistance and sensitivity;
 

■ Grinding wheel spindle
The grinding wheel spindle can be configured according to user needs:
a. Ordinary three-piece structure; b. Hydrodynamic series; c. Dynamic-static pressure series; D. Direct drive electric spindle.
