Machine tool configuration

■ High-speed grinding with CBN wheels, suitable for mass production of high-precision, high-hardness shaft parts outer diameter grinding;
■ Equipped with Huazhong 808DG or New Generation 21TA CNC system (other brands of CNC systems can also be configured according to user requirements).
■ Equipped with automatic measuring instruments from Zhongyuan Precision or Mabo Si (end face measurement and radial measurement), achieving closed-loop automatic grinding cycle, ensuring dimensional processing accuracy.
■ Adopting synchronous rotation technology for head and tailstock, further improving the roundness requirement of the workpiece grinding, roundness ≤ 0.001mm. For workpieces that meet synchronous drive, it can achieve one-time clamping, grinding the entire outer diameter and end face of the part.
■ The workpiece clamping adopts a large stroke, sliding table structure, equipped with a servo motor and ball screw drive, suitable for switching between multiple varieties and lengths of parts, ensuring constant torque clamping for workpiece grinding.
■ Equipped with an integrated electrical cabinet (with air conditioning for the electrical cabinet).
■ Equipped with an independent centralized lubrication system to ensure regular and quantitative lubrication of the screw and guide rail.
■ Equipped with a fully enclosed protective cover, aesthetically pleasing, safe and reliable.

Grinding wheel frame

■ Lateral feed
Driven by linear motors, the feed guide rail is equipped with Rexroth or THK linear guide rails, and the ball screw uses Taiwanese brands (other brands of ball screws can also be configured according to user requirements).

■ Longitudinal movement
Driven by Yaskawa AC servo motor through ball screw, the moving guide rail uses V-flat plastic guide rail, and the ball screw uses Taiwanese brands (other brands of ball screws can also be configured according to user requirements).

■ Grinding wheel spindle
The grinding wheel spindle adopts high-speed, rolling bearing type, dynamic and static pressure spindle unit or direct drive electric spindle.

■ Trimming spindle
Adopts high-speed rolling bearing type spindle unit.
