Main features of the machine tool

■ Uses CBN grinding wheels for high-speed grinding, suitable for mass production of high-precision, high-hardness shaft parts' outer diameter grinding;
■ Uses (LYNUC or Huazhong) CNC system (other brands of CNC systems can also be configured according to user requirements) with three servo axes: wheel frame feed (X), workpiece headstock rotation (C), and wheel frame longitudinal movement (Z), where the wheel frame feed and workpiece headstock rotation axes are linked to achieve cam-following grinding;
■ Three axes with two-linkage, cam-following grinding of non-circular profiles;
■ The tailstock is equipped with high rigidity, high precision dense ball linear bearings, with hydraulic or pneumatic telescopic functions;
■ Equipped with an independent centralized lubrication system to ensure timely and quantitative lubrication of the screw and guide rail;
■ Equipped with a fully enclosed protective cover, aesthetically pleasing, safe and reliable to use.

Machine tool configuration

■ Suitable for mass production of shaft parts, grinding end faces and outer diameters simultaneously in one go, and can grind multiple steps and end faces at once under the condition that the wheel width is sufficient, achieving profile grinding. The more complex the shape of the part, the more the advantages of this machine tool can be reflected. Under permissible conditions, one person can operate multiple machines;
■ Uses the HNC-808DG two-axis linkage system from Wuhan Huazhong CNC Co., Ltd. (other CNC systems can also be configured according to user requirements;
■ Equipped with an automatic measuring instrument from Zhongyuan for online measurement, achieving a closed-loop automatic grinding work cycle to ensure processing size accuracy, and can be combined according to specific user requirements (other measuring instruments can also be configured according to user requirements);
■ Equipped with an independent electrical cabinet (with air conditioning for the electrical cabinet), independent oil tank;
■ The tailstock uses balls for linear motion, with pneumatic telescopic function;
■ The headstock spindle and tailstock spindle use #4 Morse;
■ Equipped with an automatic quantitative lubrication pump to ensure sufficient lubrication of the screw;
■ The protective cover is fully enclosed to ensure safe operation;
■ Equipped with a larger water tank and magnetic separator or paper filter.

Wheel frame

■ Lateral feed
Driven by linear motors, the feed guide rail is equipped with Rexroth or THK linear guide rails, and the ball screw uses Taiwanese brands (other brands of ball screws can also be configured according to user requirements).
■ Longitudinal movement

Driven by Yaskawa AC servo motors through ball screws, the moving guide rail uses V-flat plastic guide rails, and the ball screw uses Taiwanese brands (other brands of ball screws can also be configured according to user requirements).
■ Grinding spindle
The grinding spindle uses high-speed, rolling bearing type, dynamic and static pressure spindle units or direct drive electric spindles.

■ Dressing spindle
Uses high-speed rolling bearing type spindle units.
