Machine tool configuration

■ This machine is currently the only CNC grinding machine in China with independent intellectual property rights, advanced for grinding large, elongated high-precision camshafts, and is an ideal finishing equipment for engine-specific camshafts for heavy trucks, ships, large generator sets, etc.
■ Uses German SIEMENS 840D sl CNC system, 4-axis 2-linkage;
■ Uses cam CNC grinding software with independent intellectual property rights;
■ Uses motor built-in static and dynamic pressure bearing grinding wheel spindle with independent intellectual property rights;
■ The headstock uses a static pressure bearing spindle with German SIEMENS torque motor + German HEIDENHAIN encoder;
■ Adopts high-speed grinding technology with CBN grinding wheel at 100 m/s.

■ Grinding wheel frame feed
The grinding wheel frame feed system uses cylindrical static pressure guide rails with German SIEMENS linear motor + HEIDENHAIN grating scale

■ Grinding wheel spindle
The grinding wheel spindle is equipped with (American SBS or Italian Marposs) collision prevention device.
