Grinding wheel frame

■ Grinding wheel frame feed
The grinding wheel feed uses cylindrical static pressure guide rails with independent intellectual property rights from our company, and both large and small grinding heads use liquid static dynamic pressure spindle with independent intellectual property rights from our company.

■ Grinding wheel spindle
The machine tool uses a dual grinding head, dual feed system for synchronized grinding, with a large grinding wheel diameter of 400mm, and the maximum spindle speed can reach 5000rpm; the small grinding wheel spindle can install a 125mm grinding wheel, with a maximum speed of 15000rpm, capable of grinding irregular composite surfaces and concave cam profiles.
